Live In-Person Group Breathwork – Every Monday 6pm
We call it Monday Medicine — a name lovingly coined by our regulars. It’s our weekly breathwork session that clears the weekend fog, resets your nervous system, and gently prepares you for the week ahead. In person, in our Hout Bay studio.
.We begin by gently grounding into the space, a short intro to the science and technique. Followed by a music-supported breathwork journey. We always finish with Tea, a time for integration, and optional group dialogue. We often include Mandala Integration, Chakra-Chimes, Cacao, or Embodied Movement.

Live Online NeuroDynamic Breathwork® – Every Thursday 7pm
Each 2–2.5 hour session is facilitated by a certified guide with over 350 hours of specialist training, ensuring you are supported with depth and care – even from the comfort of your own home!
A therapeutic practice where ancient breath traditions meet modern science—inviting deep release, nervous system regulation, and embodied transformation.
Live Online Breathe & Reset Breathwork – Every Tuesday 7pm
This 30-minute guided session begins with a short meditation, followed by 15 minutes of deep, diaphragmatic breathing—eyes closed, body relaxed, supported by curated music to guide your inner journey. We close in stillness, with space for optional sharing.

A Personal Note from Me
I have experienced depression over the years, and I’ve had support through therapy, pharmaceuticals, and plant medicines. Each has had its place in my healing.
But what’s helped me most consistently… is the breath.
With a regular breathwork practice, it feels like my head rises above the clouds. I’m not a therapist, and I don’t make promises as each person’s path is unique. But I share this because it’s true for me. Breathwork has become one of the most accessible, powerful tools I turn to when that heavy weight returns.
