FAQs – What You Might Be Wondering?

Online Sessions

Live NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ sessions online last around 2 hours and are held via Zoom. We begin with a short introductory talk to set the space, followed by a 60-minute guided breath journey, accompanied by powerful, evocative music.

The rhythmic, connected breathing—combined with a carefully curated soundscape—helps quiet the thinking mind and opens the door to your inner wisdom. After the breathwork, there’s time for optional sharing, where participants are invited to reflect on their experience with the group.


In-Person Sessions

In-person NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ sessions are held in a calm, private space and last approximately 2 hours. Everything you need is provided: yoga mat, blankets, water, eye masks.(You’re also welcome to bring your own items if preferred.)

We open with a gentle introduction, followed by a 75-minute breath journey, accompanied by a powerful, immersive soundtrack. This deep, conscious breathing helps still the mind, unlock emotional layers, and reconnect you with your intuitive inner guidance.

The session closes with a group integration circle, where there’s space to share, reflect, or simply be present in your post-journey state

Breathwork isn’t just a spiritual or emotional practice—it has real, measurable effects on the brain and body.

During a NeuroDynamic Breathwork session, the breathing pattern temporarily reduces levels of carbon dioxide (CO₂) in the body. This shift leads to an increase in blood alkalinity and changes how oxygen flows to the brain.

Specifically, oxygen flow is reduced to parts of the frontal cortex, where the Default Mode Network (DMN) lives. The DMN is the brain’s storytelling center—responsible for building your sense of identity, past, future, and inner critic. When this network quiets down, the thinking mind softens. The “ego” loosens its grip.

At the same time, deeper emotional and memory-based regions of the brain—like the limbic system—become more active. This allows emotions, sensations, and even long-held memories to rise gently to the surface, where they can be processed, expressed, and released in a safe and embodied way.

In short: your breath helps quiet the mental noise and opens space for deeper healing and insight to emerge—naturally, and from within.

Yes—Conscious Breathwork can create specific physiological shifts in the body, and may also lead to intense physical or emotional release.

For your safety and wellbeing, participation is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:

  • Cardiovascular disease (including heart attack history)
  • Severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • Recent major surgery or fractures
  • Pregnancy
  • Severe mental illness or psychiatric conditions
  • Use of certain medications (please consult beforehand)

We also ask that no part of the session be recorded, whether audio or video, to protect the integrity and sacredness of the space.

This shared agreement helps us all feel safer, seen, and free to be fully ourselves.
