Breathing Through Grief
After losing my father, breathwork became the medicine that helped me stay present with my pain. It helped me reconnect—with myself, and with him. It shaped my path and led me to hold space for others in grief.
This isn’t therapy—and I’m not a counsellor—but I offer a gentle, grounded space to move with your grief – be it death, divorce, the loss of a pet, or a former version of yourself.
If you feel called to breathe through your grief, I’ll meet you there—with care, compassion, and breath as the guide.
Grief can be loud… or it can live quietly in the body.
This short Breathe & Reset audio isn’t about fixing — it’s simply here to help soften the edges, and give your nervous system a moment to rest.

The Lungs are the Bridge
Grief lives in the body—often in the lungs. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs are linked to sadness and release. When grief is unspoken, it can feel like heaviness in the chest or a quiet ache we carry. We forget to breathe into our belly.
Breath is a sacred bridge—between the physical and the unseen. Sometimes, within its stillness, people sense a quiet connection to those they’ve lost. We don’t chase this—it simply arises, if and when it’s ready.
